Harmony, a new U.S. job search platform, needed a strong brand identity and an intuitive product design to stand out in a competitive market. The challenge was to create a trustworthy, inclusive, and user-friendly experience that served both job seekers and employers across desktop and mobile.
Solution: I led the design and development team, collaborating directly with stakeholders to shape the product vision. I created the complete visual language—logo, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual elements—and designed the UI/UX for the desktop and mobile applications. I also designed the website to communicate the platform’s value proposition clearly and drive conversions. As a product design consultant, I advised on feature prioritization, usability, and alignment between brand and product experience.
Impact: The result was a modern, cohesive, and user-centered platform that built credibility with users and employers alike.
