CoolTrack, a last-mile delivery app, needed a strong identity and intuitive design to serve two different audiences — logistics managers on desktop and drivers on mobile — while standing out in a highly competitive logistics tech market.
Solution: I developed the complete visual language, including logo, guidelines, tone of voice, and visual elements, and designed both the desktop and mobile app interfaces. The design system balanced data-rich dashboards for managers with simple, clear flows for drivers.
Impact: The result was a cohesive, professional product with a modern brand identity and seamless user experience, enhancing trust, usability, and positioning CoolTrack as a reliable last-mile delivery solution.
